The Ft - Flume is a precast open-channel flume engineered to guide and control the flow of water across fields, canals, and infrastructure corridors. Its open-top, tapered profile delivers steady, directed water movement with minimal resistance and is available in heights from 900 mm to 1600 mm and widths from 600 mm to 2000 mm to suit a wide range of flow requirements. Each flume is cast in reinforced concrete to a design live load of 1 T/m² (10 kN/m²), giving it the strength to perform reliably alongside roads and field crossings. Laid on a crushed-stone foundation with levelling concrete, the sections install quickly and integrate easily into existing layouts — making the Ft - Flume an ideal choice for agricultural irrigation, stormwater diversion, and open-field surface water control with a long service life and minimal maintenance.
